These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of courses from Manchester Medical Academy. By registering for a course you agree to them.

Educational purpose

All material is provided for professional education only. It does not replace local guidelines, trust policy, manufacturer instructions or your own clinical judgement, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. You remain responsible for the care of your patients and for practising within your competence and your regulator’s standards.

Enrolment and access

• Enrolment is personal to you. Access must not be shared, resold or used by anyone else.
• Access runs for the period stated on the course page from the date of purchase.
• We may update course content to reflect changes in evidence or guidance; existing learners receive those updates at no extra cost.

Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the point of registration by card through Stripe. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment has succeeded.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights and refunds are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All course material, including recordings, slides and handbooks, remains the property of Manchester Medical Academy. You may use it for your own learning. You may not record, copy, republish or distribute it without written permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and course material available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Save for that, our liability arising from a course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
